This month, we are joined by Dena Josephs, Peer Drug & Alcohol Counselor with West County Community Services.

Dena will talk about SMART Recovery — a successful program for individuals with addictions or other harmful habits — as well as the role of empowerment and self-reliance in recovery.

This meeting is open to the public and will be recorded. We invite you to submit questions, comments, and suggestions for NAMI and for our speaker. There will be some time for Q&A.
