The Center for Transition to Adult Health Care for Youth with Disabilities would like to share this exciting new opportunity for youth with disabilities. This opportunity will allow youth (12-17) with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to gain an understanding of healthcare transition and gain advocacy skills, from and with young adults with disabilities.
