NEW Authorization Process for North Bay Regional Center clients:
- ONLINE REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 1, 2024
- GET PRELIMINARY OK FROM YOUR SERVICE COORDINATOR THAT CLUB CHAOS WILL BE COVERED VIA A PURCHASE OF SERVICES
- REGISTER ON THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD WEBSITE AND PAY THE CITY’S REGISTRATION FEE
- OBTAIN OFFICIAL PURCHASE OF SERVICES FROM NBRC SERVICE COORDINATOR FOR THE SPECIFIC SESSION DATES FOR YOUR
CHILD’S AGE GROUP*
*OVER 18 CAN JOIN THE 10 AND OVER GROUP
WILL HAVE one-on-one staffing from Special Care Services
